some points on feminism and gender equality

ok, before you explode… just listen for a second?

being a feminist, I have indeed faced some issues and questions like  "what the hell is feminism?" and "what about me??? men are oppressed too!"

let me answer these questions for you.

1. feminism = equality. feminism ≠ women>men

    feminism ≠ women only

2. actually, yes! men can face unrealistic standards like women, just not as profusely. and I wouldn't say they're "oppressed"

3. ?????? no we're not trying to take over. we just wanna be equal. equal for all genders, races, orientation, etc.

4. please don't call yourself a meninist oh lordy for the sake of yourself please don't that's literally that dumbest shit ever
    sub to four: if you are a meninist, please take some time to research
        feminism and men's rights versus women's and anyone else's 

5. don't say feminazis. it's pretty inconsiderate. and dickish.

6. yes, there are "feminists" who have the mentality that one gender is better than another. let me be the millionth person to say that THIS IS NOT FEMINISM

7. think feminism's unnecessary? are you a woman against feminism because you've never been oppressed or harassed? Great! Sit the fuck down and think about us who've been raped, harassed, had slurs said to, etc. Just because it doesn't effect you doesn't mean it's not an issue. dickweed.
